This disturbs me.

I listened to her acceptance speech and I heard only contradictory statements the entire time. Wants to be known as a judge following the rule of law but wants to allow her experience to guide her decisions. Her History is one of empathy not law. She sides with varied party needs not the whole of the populace.

In the bible there is a story about a king making judgment on two women claiming one child. I seriously think that empathy was not a factor in the way he made his decision. I always think of that story when I hear of a judge using emotion to make a judgment.

The oath (that not one person on the hill in any of the three branches seems to understand with very few exceptions) doesn't mention a damned thing about 'emotion' only LAW and FACTS.

This is bad.

This is going to get very bad.

Its like watching the ice on a river in spring time. You can watch the rot spread as the temperature rises. Eventually the pressure from the rising water levels rips the ice to shreds and the river becomes EXTREMELY dangerous.

This nomination is just another example of the rot that is taking over the system.

I was just pointing out that NORMALLY the people of the south Bronx tend to be rather pragmatic about life: not all touchy feely. Most of the Bronx guys that I worked with while doing shows in New York tended to make most conservatives in the midwest look pretty liberal. She obviously was misled during her stays in Princeton and Yale.
