Is Ben Nelson even going to be alive come Xmas? Someone up in Nebraska might just take care of that one, having been betrayed by him. Oh, he is hoping that the presents he will take home to Neb will be enough to keep the People happy, but there is bound to be (among those thousands) some pheasant hunter who nails the Turkey instead.

Will we see the same in numerous other States?

I have my doubts that you will see violence yet.

The Giant is awakening, but there are many out there that haven't a clue, don't want a clue, and aren't even aware that the war has already started(even though the shots fired right now are only those of printed word and video)

Wait till the restrictions start, or the taxes start coming out of those paychecks of those that still have jobs.

Thats when you will see the "WTF!" of the sleepers happen. Even then the escalation to the level you are talking about won't happen until the next wave of company closures/layoffs/Unemployment swell.

BTW, December 24th is the cut off for being eligible for Federal Unemployment extensions. To qualify you have to have used ALL of you state benefits by that date, AND they will only pay up to June 25, 2010 and only if you have enough Employment credits to rate them.(not sure how that is calculated) I find it interesting to note that this month there were 110,000 more new Filings for unemployment than the FedGov estimated for and those people won't be eligible for those extensions.

Of course the Feds would be happy to put those people on the Welfare dole instead.

I find it interesting too, that the average wage in this area is falling faster than the global warming residue outside my window. How is it that the beast can continue to 'generate' a tax base when the money that they tax is getting smaller. That new age math really sticks in my craw and doesn't want to process at all. I don't get it.
